Servanthood: The Vocation of Every Christian

This month, we are excited to annouce the release of a new Bible study: Servanthood, The Vocation of Every Christian.

The Disciple Nations Alliance champions church-based transformational ministry. Our mission is to help believers function intentionally from a Biblical worldview, and then incarnate the truth by demonstrating Christ-like love in ways that serve the broken and needy in their communities beginning with their own resources.

Such incarnational ministry is not possibly unless Christians are deeply rooted in a Biblical theology and practice of servanthood, and understand it as their most fundamental vocation.

This 13-lesson study was originally developed by Darrow Miller more than twenty years ago to prepare young people for cross-cultural Christian service. Over the years, hundreds (perhaps thousands) of cross-cultural workers have benefitted from it. The feedback we have recieved over the years has been overwhelmingly positive, with many describing it as “life changing.” We believe this is because the study is deeply rooted in Scripture and powerfully reveals the servant-heart of God. This new version has been completely updated and re-published with the intention of getting it out even more widely.

We believe this resource would be an excellent choice for:

  • Local church discipleship and training programs, particularly for those engaged in outreach, locally or globally
  • Cross-cultural training programs provided by missionary sending organizations or Christian relief and development organizations
  • A church-based small-group study course
  • Personal growth and enrichment for any Christian!

We are offering it at a special introductory price of $9.00 for orders taken before March 31. After that time, it will be available for the regular list price of $11.00. You can order from our secure online store.

We are also offering Servanthood for free as a downloadable PDF from the Disciple Nations Alliance website (click here). To download, you will need to set up an account on the DNA website. Why not take a few minutes to preview it today!
