Her Lord is Worthy

Among the presentations at the Third Lausanne Congress on World Evangelism in Cape Town is this powerful testimony of an 18-year-old Korean student.

Any Christ follower will find it compelling, but note what this passionate young woman wants to do among her North Korean people. It evokes our earlier blog about C.S. Lewis.

If God is Lord of all, His concerns are not limited to those activities we typically deem “religious” or “spiritual.” He calls and equips pastors and missionaries, of course. He also calls and equips teachers, social workers, professionals.

And he calls young women to aspire to use an education in political science to demonstrate His truth, goodness and beauty to a world of lies, evil and ugliness.

May her tribe increase.
